I ordered the beer dispenser with the 6l keg for my dad for Christmas, So he hasn't used it yet and it's still boxed up. But the over all customer service and delivery was spot on. I messaged beer hawk prior to ordering to ask when it would be back in stock because it was out of stock at the time, and they told me it would be that week, I was so worried I wouldn't be able to get him one for Christmas but I did thanks to them letting me know when stock would arrive and continuously checking the website. Great company and a website which is easy to navigate. Thank you!
