The website was easy to use and the deals were very good. The main problem for me was the lack of communication with regards to the delivery. When I ordered it stated 3-5 working days, I had to take time off work to accept delivery as I ordered a larger case of beers. I called 3 days after my order to find out when it will be and was advised there was no update as they was busy with it being the Xmas period and to call back 2 days later. I ended up emailing 2 days later for an update and was told again that there is a delay due to it being the Xmas period. I replied to advise I needed to know in advance when it would be as I would need to take time off work and was given the same response as my original email. I understand that it being nearly Xmas it would have taken longer than normal and I was fine with that however I was only told the night before it was being delivered that it had despatched for next day delivery. If it wasn't for me chasing I would have received no update on my order. This is the main reason for my low score.
