Although beer hawk is great for good quality beer & perfect draft kegs, it lets itself down when trying to get returns collected? I have contacted Beer Hawk several times by email and several times by telephone & every time I'm promised a collection for next day... But nothing happens?
If this part of Beer Hawk was resolved then the score would have been Excellent?
