I placed an order for Christmas presents on Dec 4th. One of my 8 items ordered turned up 8 days later with no info on where the rest of it was. After 3 phone calls and 3 days later, they told me the rest had been damaged in transit and they would reorder for me immediately. A week later after 2 more calls and too late for several of the presents the rest turned up undamaged but missing 3 items. At this point I requested a refund on the missing items. I'm yet to receive the refund. Very disapointed.
