You can only go off your own experience but my dealings with BeerHawk have been extremely positive. Ordered Perfect Draft beer dispenser on Sunday 18th December with 2 free kegs. Order arrived Wednesday 21st December...got the kegs but no machine. Emailed customer services 6pm and got a response from them at 10pm that night! They explained a small number of orders had been sent without the machine due to a new member of staff but that the issue had been resolved and assured me the machine was on its way. Machine arrived Friday 23rd December. Got exactly what I ordered, all perfectly packaged. The beer has gone so about to order more kegs now!
