Had very prompt and polite correspondence with Stu, so regarding customer service was excellent.
However the beers arrived a week later than promised (so missed Christmas which was the main reason for ordering!) and the chalices I ordered were in the end out of stock.
Ordered previously from beer merchant.com and was a lot faster delivery.
