On 14 December 2016, I ordered 14 different beer types for a fun beer-tasting event in my extended family, expecting them to be delivered around 20/21st. I did not hear anything from Beerhawk by 22nd and phoned. I was told the beer would arrive on 23rd and given a tracking number. I explained that my family had 4 houses booked for Christmas in the West of Ireland and that the beer must arrive on 23rd to travel there with us.
On the morning, tracking told me to expect the beer that day. In late afternoon, on contacting trackingagain, it informed me that the delivery was delayed and the beer would not arrive until 28th. I immediately cancelled the order with Beerhawk but, surprise surprise, found the beer sitting on our doorstep when we returned from the West on 30 Dec. What more can I say??!!
