I purchased my case of beer about 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. They said Parcel force couldn't find the address and would have to pick up the case from the depot an hour away, which is completely unreasonable because of their failure to do a simple task. The customer service person who phoned me said Parcel Force would send it again, but as of yet nothing has been received. I tried to phone customer services and despite phoning within the working hours stated on the message they still didn't answer. I emailed customer support and after about 3 working days the latest message is they are trying to get in touch with Parcel Force. I am so far very disappointed in the service and a treat has turned into a logistical problem and headache. Haven't even tasted the beer yet, it better be good after all this wait.
