A fair judgement of a business is how they keep their promises, and what they do when they can't. My first order of two Mystery Cases went perfectly. They promised delivery before New Year, and that promise was kept with a day in hand. Furthermore, the selections in the boxes were wonderful. I couldn't have been happier. My second order went less smoothly, due to the courier apparently dumping my order on my doorstep, leading to it not being there when I got home. After a short conversation with a very helpful customer service operative, replacements were offered and my faith was restored. Beer Hawk offer both great products and exemplary service. Use them with confidence - but try to make sure someone is at home for the delivery.
