Made an order last weekend, received messages on Tues, Weds, Thurs and Fri each saying the delivery would be made that day but has still not turned up - no missed delivery note from Citylink either. Delivery from a wine company made at the same time arrived fine without issue in same timeframe.
My previous order was also delivered to the wrong address - will make me question whether to use this service again. Big shame as end product is very good!
