The Beerhawk side of the order all went smoothly but you were let down by your couriers. My order was left outside my front door on a main road with my gate left open. I was lucky that a neighbour spotted it and took it in for me. No note was left and I think it is highly likely that I would have arrived home to no beer. If you always use the same courier, it would make me think twice about ordering again.
