Further to a review I posted on the 12th of April which outlined my disappointment with Beer Merchants but I have decided to revise my score from 1 to 5 stars because the company has totally redeemed themselves and their reputation in my eyes. I received a phone call from a gentleman called Benjamin who apologised for the delay with my order and immediately organised another order and I received the order within 2 days with some complimentary items enclosed. My husband was able to enjoy some extra beers and celebrate his birthday again in the garden with some friends the following weekend so it all worked out in the end. I feel everyone should be allowed to make at least one mistake but it is how it is rectified is the important thing so I certainly believe Benjamin and Beer Merchants turned a negative review into a positive.
