I have already written to you about this delivery! Apart from confirmation of receipt, I have not heard anything further from you. The box containing the beers (and a beer glass) had been opened and resealed by DPD. There was tape holding the box lid shut which confirmed this. Six of the 10 bottles were missing , as was the glass. There was no spillage nor broken glass in the box and hence I assume the six bottles had been stolen en route. I am still awaiting a response from yourselves as to how you propose to rectify this situation. I would therefore suggest that the service I have received was worse than very poor! G
