I joined BeerBods ahead of it's launch in 2012 as I really liked the concept and thought it was worth supporting (the fact that they were going to be sending me beer didn't harm either). The team that has built up behind it seem like genuinely nice people who are never going to get filthy rich, destroy the planet or avoid paying their taxes. I remember thinking that I'd stick with it until I got the same beer twice but 300 beers later that hasn't happened. What's more there have been very few beers that I'd even tasted before and many that I would have never have bought, which would be a shame as they are usually excellent and always interesting - the best beers I have ever had have come out of a BeerBods box. Of course not every beer has been to my taste but every one has been an education and I was glad to have been sent it - there is clearly a lot of thought and knowledge put into what they send out. It's a weekly gift to myself because quite frankly I deserve it. Since joining BeerBods I don't drink more beer but I do drink a much broader range of better beer so cheers to that.
