I'm always excited to go through the beerbods box when it arrives and discover what delights they have in store for me over the next 12 weeks. The weekly 'weekend starts beer' e-mail is a lovely reminder of the nice things in life and I enjoy reading about the weekly beers to the level of supergeek. A delivery subscription isn't ideal for me (the draw of a box of beers overcomes that) so on the odd occasion that the parcel finds it way to the depot or the dark side of the moon, the beerbods team have been fantastic at helping me solve the issues - the customer service is and has always been fabulous! Though I do wish there was an option to banish sour beers from the box........
