Machine went wrong after 4 months. It’s now been a month since I contacted Beerwulf to return this to be repaired. They have suggested I drop it off to the repair centre myself (8.5 hour round trip) or post it back myself (7.5pint keg stuck in the machine as no power, so extremely heavy! Customer service is almost non-existent, as you just get fobbed off and get told they are trying to work on a solution, but never actually put this into fruition. I would NEVER buy or recommend anyone to buy this machine, as if you have an issue, their customer service is extremely poor. Currently £444 out of pocket and seeking a charge back on my credit card.
