I find it extremely well organized. If I had any problem, it's that I have to do the invoice before the month is finished which sometimes causes confusion if a student misses a lesson when she has an excuse and lets me know within the time allowed. I've allready charged her. I keep track, though, and just don't charge her for a lesson the following month. I have a separate calendar with notes about each student for that purpose. I realize there is a place to put down things like that on the invoice I sent to BAH, but if I say I'm not charging for a lesson because the student was charged the month before, it gets too confusing so I just do it!
