Great reminder of serving sizes! The meals are not pretty but they achieve their purpose of providing simple meals full of goodness. I’ve not been hungry and the protein balls are great between meals. Especially like the egg based breakfasts. I did unfortunately find a small chicken bone in one of my meals. Having only one delivery day per week means I won’t have any bff meals this week because I missed the cut off time.
