Website needs updating, you should be able to edit food selected at the checkout prior to payment, especially when something you ordered is not available but your only notified at check out. I was not going to go back into the website to re-select 14 days of food when I'd already spent so much time selecting food. Breakfast choices were good, didn't enjoy majority of lunch/dinner choices, threw a lot of them away (disappointing considering the cost for 2 weeks food) and ended up having to cook meals from my own food or skipped meals due to having limited food in the house. The food arrived 2 weeks earlier than the kick off date for the 14 day challenge which was fine but I'm starting to receive emails now around the challenge, would have been good to set the emails/notifications from the date of when you received the food not when the kick off date is as everyone has started at different times. Overall I was excited to start this journey but after the first few days of not enjoying food and not being checked in on was a little disheartening, would not do again.
