Be fit food is so tasty. I have some favorites which I always add to the order. I never feel hungry and have definitely seen health benefit results and weight loss. I paused the program for a few weeks and then re-ordered both for health benefits and convenience. Let’s face it, how much do you spend on an average work day lunch or take away meal. This has also meant savings and less food waste.
