Meals are tasty. My experience has been very positive. Am losing weight steadily and feeling more energised. I find that I need to add vegetables to lunch and dinner and make a special effort to purchase fresh organic local produce. For lunch I normally add a salad and dinner i make a large roast vegetable tray which is also enjoyed by my family. I have 2 snacks, one from befit and the other I source my self from the suggested list. One night a week is my off night where I enjoy a wine or a beer and have whatever my family is having, sometimes even dessert. This system has enabled me to lose 1 - 1.5 kg per week. So far 7kgs lost! If you stick to it and be a little creative it’s realistic.
