Food is good. Program easy to follow which is great. Portion sizes perfect for me and sometimes too big when I add in veggies from the extra list suggestions. The only negative for me is that the foods I want to select from are out of stock or have disappeared from the list altogether. The french eggs have gone, then I wanted to order porridge and it was unavailable. Disappointing. Oh, and when I wanted to change my order one day after ordering, was told that this cannot be done. Not impressed- beware! They do not warn of this on their website.
