Loved the food, great flavours. I enjoyed the podcast too.
I was surprised after ordering the challenge and then two 2 couples boxes (total of 3 weeks on befit for 2 people), yet never had a call to see how we are going.
This is not a complaint, just an observation. Perhaps befit doesn't do that or were too busy.
Would definitely do it again in the future.
We lost about 6kg each in 3 weeks, great program.
