Hi, I have left this feedback before and have used BFF on and off for years.Recently my daughter Laura Lay went back on BFF and we are both disappointed in the breakfasts, we miss the Chia pods. The dinners are too hot spicey, so Laura just ordered many of the same lasagna etc and she can’t do the diet anymore bc she is too sick of her limited choice, such a shame bc the program worked for both of us in past. I’ve just stuck to soups, eggs and protein balls.
