Love the ease of this Program. Heat the frozen dinner while I chop and sauté my veggies. All ready to eat in 6 minutes. I am eating better food than I have in years….. and have lost 10 kilos to boot! Don’t overthink what you do and don’t like. Approach this as the first positive dietary move you have made, and STOP trying to treat yourself.
