Ordered with delivery day scheduled for Tuesday, on the day of delivery I received a text saying “sorry there will be a slight delay and your food will now be delivered”. This is not a slight delay when you’re planning around an upcoming event. It was very disappointing that it was only communicated on the day and left we having to find another option. It also took 2 calls to the store to get the refund processed as I received no confirmation after the first person I spoke with. I’ve had great success with be fit but this combined with the recent price increases, unavailability or discontinuation of great products has left me feeling pretty dissatisfied. I understand delays due to covid but the communication is also poor.
