Befit is an excellent program. I’ve been on Befit for 3 weeks and have lost 4.1 kgs. Food options are great, it’s delicious and convenient which works well for a busy Mum with small kids who works full-time. The snacks play a critical role too. My favourite are the capow balls, caramelised Parmesan and egg bites and lemon protein balls. I needed to lose weight for health reasons (high BP) and this is working a treat. Thank you
