Exceptional! This is my second time on BFF. This time around I did the 1000 cal plan in week 1 and still lost 2kg.. Now on Rapid (700c) and exercising in week two, with more energy and vitality than I had before I started dieting. The meals are excellent - and I highly recommend you get to know the BFF allowed extras list.
