I have loved eating it for well over 2 years now having lost 8 kilo's initially. I rely on it to keep myself fit and healthy. You know what they say, healthy body, healthy mind and I credit it with keeping me sane, well almost. I still enjoy my wines etc. in moderation and treat myself occasionally enough especially on holidays..
