Not too bad. Be prepared to be very hungry as they are very small portions. You need to use your strong determination and focus to stick with it and not fall off the bandwagon with this program. My partner added a pinch of salt for taste to most of his meals. As these are all frozen meals, I was slightly concerned if the nutritional value is being compromised heating everything up in the microwave. Recommend for people who really needs help with the convenience of meal planning and prep. We would have considered continuing on the maintenance program if the meals were better portioned or the price point matched the size of the meals.
