On the 14 day metabolic reset programme . Followed it to the tee as difficult as it was. Lost 2.5kgs so far & just 2 days left of the programme so Im not hitting the 5kgs that I hoped to reading your website. Bit dissappointing as it costs a lot plus its a lot fo sacrifice not putting anything else in yr mouth except Befit meals.. on a positive note meals were filling tasty & taught me portion control..
