Probably the worst company to deal with: I got through on the phone and the person asked for the model number - she was adamant that it wasn't a valid model number EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ON THE BEKO SITE. The part I needed was incorrect on their site - identical except for an extra hole in the side - no much use to replace a leaking part. I asked by email - and they just replied requesting the model number - EVEN THOUGH IT WAS IN THE TITLE OF THE MESSAGE. Tried live chat, but it was hardly ever available. When I did get through - they just terminated the session.
