Guten Tag die Bestellung hat super geklappt, auch die Lieferung war prompt.
Was ich jedoch sehr schlecht fand war, dass bei der Rücksendung es mir unmöglich war die Artikel zu den Artikelnummern zu zu ordnen. Auch in der Bellona Filiale in der Shopping Arena in Gossau St. Gallen konnten Sie mir nicht helfen, d.h. auch die Angestellten konnten die Artikelnummer nicht zu den Artikeln zu ordnen was heisst dass wir den Rücksendeschein nicht korrekt ausfüllen konnten und es einfach Im Paket zurückgesendet haben.
