The last order I received was a blonde Infiniti lift. It looked overprocessed and frazzled on the ends. I got a hold of my rep and was able to exchange it before the customer came in but even the new hair that came in was still a bit dry looking I installed it hoping that we do OK I’ll have to see if she comes back
