This is the first time I have used this online outlet and I am very happy. The product was exactly as described however I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size jacket.
I rang the company up and ordered the next size up to try that out and said I would at some stage be returning one of the jackets. The next jacket was more suitable so I returned the original one using the online instructions. I was refunded within 48hrs. That's the way shopping should be.
