Bought a sale jacket from their website. Their courier company, DHL, messed up and sent the package back to the Belstaff warehouse. I contacted Belstaff to ask them to correct the mistake, instead they cancelled the sale and sent a refund (due to a week's delay and currency fluctuations I lost $20). When I contacted customer service I was told that it is their policy to cancel any order returned to them regardless of the reason and that the item I had ordered was no longer available so I should just order something else off of their site. After further messages they finally offered me a 30% coupon even though the item I had purchased was discounted 60% and still no logical explanation why they could not just resend the package. A thorough waste of time and money, and I am left with the impression that they have forgotten the meaning of customer service.
