I had to pay $80 deducted to send back a defective horrible quality cover that I waited forever for. Constant back-and-forth and really awful customer service, did not offer a proper replacement free of charge after admitting that it wasn’t made correctly/did not have the padding to properly fit the furniture. I was told my refund deduction would be only $40, they did not mention all of the other fees that would actually be double the cost… What I feared would be the price of deduction $80. Not an honest company, I could not believe the quality of the fabric… Insane mark-ups.
