I have never been so impressed with the customer service at a jeweler before. The staff far exceeds my high expectations. I am not the easiest client as I struggle to make a decision. Jennifer has been so patient and so kind and more importantly so honest. I what a relief it is to go in to a high-end establishment and never feel judged or pressure to make a purchase so I don’t waste their time. If anything she is always encouraging me to take my time and make sure I get exactly what I want! She wants to be sure that she has helped me find the perfect piece …not just one to make a sale. Everything I have bought in from Ben Garelick, I wear every day and it is the quality of their merchandise as well as the service and the incredible treatment that I get when I’m there they keeps me coming back! I truly love being a customer! They make me feel like they appreciate me and my business! That Is something I can’t get when I shop online and supporting them a family owned business, it’s a privilege! and I hope everyone continues to support small businesses… we need them!
