I wanted to get some gold huggies - he was kind enough to send a pair in a different metal for me to look at in-person to make sure the dimensions worked for me, and then when I decided on a different metal he very kindly extended the original sale price despite the fact that the sale had been over for several days.
It was such an enjoyable buying experience. Even for such a small dollar value. I would definitely both recommend Ben Garelick and shop with them again.
