Just awful; simply awful. They totally mismanaged the rental of our property; poor communications with both us as landlords and potential tenants; failed to return phone calls; caused us to lose two months in rent by their lackadaisical account management. We had no option but to change agents who were shocked at how badly Siggins failed to follow best practice.
