dire no customer service, inept and inconsistent contact, Kevin's promises of high service did not materialise, inexperienced staff probably due to the high turnover (you talk to someone and then they have left) which tells you a story as well. Don't bother complaining the owner just tells you he has good reviews and does nothing.
