We have used Beniconnect for the past 10 years and had until now good service. However Sept 2020 we are going to Hotel Torre Dorada with the drop-off 100mtrs away. Beniconnect have just notified us it has changed to the nearby street. When Googled the street is 500 mtrs away and when we complained operator said the bus could not traverse the road UTTER TRIPE we have gone for years! Beniconnect are dropping us at Hotel Bali and as DISABLED PENSIONERS WE HAVE SENT SERVIGROUP the supplier and this penny pinching lot a formal complaint (but as yet no answer) Their service is from Airport to Hotel NOT HALF A MILE DOWN ROAD abandoning 2 disabled pensioners SORRY DISGUSTING CANNOT RECCOMEND ANYMORE unless we hear different from either Servigroup or Beniconnect
