I train every day a mixture of cardio and weights but I notice I seem to have a slight belly and so called love handles, I'm 5-6 tall and weigh 85 kilo fairly fit, my diet is good with not a lot of carbs and no dairy products after I read your book, my question Ben is do I start taking testosterone supplements as everyone tells me it maybe low, I'm still taking total health.
