Not sure yet. I have started my second bottle of Ben's Total Health for the Prostate but haven't yet seen any reduction in night time urination, which is the reason I bough the tablets. I had my prostate checked a couple of years ago and it was fine but the frequency of night time urination (anything from two to six times) is spoiling my sleep. The tablets prescribed by the doctor for that did nothing, so I am trying yours. I am generally feeling ok on your tablets: I'm a bit less tired in the mid afternoon despite poor sleep.
