Lovely company, very efficient, excellent customer service! I was running out of face masks and because they were momentarily out of stock, they sent 4 complimentary individual masks which they had found in their warehouse (otherwise normally sold in packets of 10 or 20) to tie me over, as I had already placed a lot of orders with them. And, as it was my birthday, they also added some sweets with a happy birthday message!
