Es ist sehr bedauerlich, dass der Teppich bereits bei einer anderen Person war und dann mit langen Haaren und Staub, ohne vorherige Reinigung, an uns geliefert wurde. Wir hatten auf ein einwandfreies Produkt gehofft und sind enttäuscht, dass dies nicht der Fall war. Dies entspricht nicht unseren Erwartungen und ist für uns sehr unbefriedigend.
