Den 19. november sender Benuta GLS trackingnummer.
GLS kan finde at pakken er oprettet, men ikke modtaget hos dem endnu (altså ikke afsendt fra Benutas lager).
Benuta skrev, efter vi henvendte os den 28. november, at de ville prøve at finde pakken.
I dag den 3. december har vi stadig intet hørt og intet modtaget.
Pengene er trukket fra vores bankkonto.
Det hele virker mærkeligt og ikke som en tryg online shoppingoplevelse.
