Sehr kulante Firma: Meine bestellten Ohrstöpsel waren fr meine Ohren zu groß. Umtauschen geht nicht, aus Hygienegründen. Aber sie haben mir die passenden kostenlos auf Kulanz zugeschickt! Das nenne ich Kundenservice.
