I would warn all potential buyers to not deal with this company. I finally received two blouses I ordered. They were not cheap...they were like tissue paper & could fit maybe a twelve year old! They refuse to communicate in anyway, actually giving false information. I've reached out a couple of times and no response. This mess included a almost 18.00 shipping charge. I think it's terrible that we in the US continue to be duped by these companies in China. This has happened to me before. Same scenario. I just threw out three wigs, that were so bad I couldn't even donate then to the cancer center. Even if they settled with you I would refuse to give them any more business!!!
