I wouldn't even give them 1 star , brought 2 pairs of boots they arrived 3 weeks later and I cried , I spent 60 GBP , to return them it'll cost me £25.06 , I'm gutted , the company take your money but won't give you it back . There items are such poor quality , how can they get away with selling this rubbish? The photos on line are lovely , the products are disgusting smelly and very very poor quality . I'm so upset as I was buying myself a gift, I have become a recluse ever since I was diagnosed with lung disease in 2020. I just wanted 2 pairs of nice winter boots so when I go to appointments I don't look like a mess . Unfortunately my goal didn't go well did it . They smell, the souls are so flimsy and so is the plastic stuff they've used for the calfs etc. The fit is way too small these aren't adult boots at all, the photos are what I received, the screen shot images are what I thought I was buying . No refund they keep fobbing Me off
